• User-Provided Configuration Data: We store the configurations you create. For the "Paperweight" module, this may include sensitive information such as your Minecraft server IP address and whitelist management keys. For the "Embed Manager," this includes the content of the embeds you create.
• User-Provided Whitelist Information: We store the Minecraft usernames (IGNs) that are submitted for whitelisting on your server.

We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service:

• To allow you to configure and manage your Discord server via our dashboard.
• To execute commands on your behalf (e.g., sending an embed, adding a user to a whitelist).
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

We take the security of your data seriously. Your data is stored on a professionally managed database service (MongoDB Atlas). Sensitive information, such as your server IP addresses and secret keys, is encrypted at rest in our database. The decryption key required to access this information is stored securely in our application's environment and is not accessible to the public.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third-party companies for marketing or any other purpose. Information is only used to provide the DASHLauncher Service.

If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can do so by removing the bot from your server and contacting us to request a full data wipe. As a user based in the United Kingdom, you are afforded rights under the UK GDPR.
