DASHLauncher Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DASHLauncher service, including its website, Discord bot, and associated software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DASHLauncher provides a web dashboard and Discord bot designed for Discord server management. Features include, but are not limited to, the Embed Manager for creating and managing Discord embeds, and the "Paperweight" module with its "DASHLink" component for managing Minecraft server whitelists.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account and on your Discord server in connection with the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Abusing the Service's APIs or infrastructure.
• Using the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including all original software, branding, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of DASHLauncher and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you create and manage using the Service (e.g., your embeds and server configurations).

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DASHLauncher, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
